Q.  How is Fairway Isles governed?
A.  Fairway Isles Homeowners Association, Inc. is incorporated as an HOA under Florida statute.

Q.  Is there another association?
A.  Yes.  The Master Association, of which Fairway Isles is a member, is St Lucie West Country Club Estates Association, Inc.  Contact their Property Management company, Lifestyles Management Group, at 772-236-0141.

Q.  Does Fairway Isles have an approval process?
A.  No, but the Master Association does.  It is reasonably complicated and gets more expensive with shorter time frames.  Start the process as soon as possible.

Q.  What does Fairway Isles require of new residents?
A.  For new owners, we require a letter of estoppel for the closing.  There is a fee of $100  for the letter.  Contact [email protected] with the form.  We also need to know the name(s), phone number(s), and email(s) of the new owners.
     For new rentals, we need to know the name(s), phone number(s), and email(s) of the residents.  Otherwise only the Master Association application is necessary.
